According to Football Insider should City be prepared to raise their previous bid and want to present £100m to tie the player down for next season.
Paquetá is in his second season at West Ham United, where he joined in the summer of 2022 from Olympique Lyon.
In total, there have been 12 goals and 14 assists for Paquetá in 75 games at the club.
The player is under contract until the summer of 2027 with an option for another year.
